On May 16th, the Rio Grande Regional Service Committee met and the RCMs voted to CANCEL the 2020 convention.
For those who have already purchased registrations, full refunds are being issued automatically unless you have requested otherwise (i.e. you’ve requested to have your registration partially or fully donated). If registrations were paid with cash, check, or a credit card no longer in use, please email email@example.com and include your name and mailing address.
Refunds will include all monies paid for registration, events, meals, donations, and pre-registration merchandise unless we receive instructions from the registrant to retain all or some as a donation to the convention.
