What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
If you use our “Contact Us” form, that information is used only to send the email you are requesting. It is not stored on our server.
Cookies
Cookies are used on our site only minimally, and only for your convenience in not having to re-enter information on future visits. We do not use cookies to gather your information for our own purposes at all.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your information with anyone. We use it strictly for purposes of providing the products or services you request when using our site and for communicating with you regarding those and shipping items you have requested.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website, we store the personal information provided in the user’s profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or if you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
How to Contact Us
We provide a “Contact Us” link in our main menu. “Trusted Servants” mentioned in the drop-down by position are volunteer members of our fellowship currently serving in the roles mentioned. Those roles turn over regularly when another volunteer is elected to that position. Any message you send to any role you have selected may be forwarded to that volunteer’s personal e-mail account. We are an all-volunteer organization in the Rio Grande Region.
What third parties we receive data from
We use Square to process our payments, and may use other similar credit card processing services as conditions change. Any credit card information you provide while on our site is captured only by the credit card processor and is never seen, stored or retained in any way by us. The last four digits of credit cards you use may be stored by us only for the purpose of helping us support you when troubleshooting any prior donation or purchase. Other information you provide, such as your name and any physical, postal or e-mail address, may be retained in our database in a manner consistent with all we have said above.
